Singlewide includes: Tare down, put axles and tires, move it to new location and leveling. No utilities hookup or tie downs, those need to be done be licensed installers in their respective fields. No utilities hook-up or inside trim or tie-downs, those need to be done be licensed installers in their respective fields. Inside trim is better to get a regular handyman or carpenter.

No, that is separate, you’d need to find your own contractor or we can recommend you one.
Cuánto cuesta la movida? / How much is the move?
Depending on where you want the mobile home delivered and which city is being brought in from. But an average would be $2000-$2500 on SW and $3,500-$5,000 on DW. We can get more into that after we find out which kind of house you’d like.

There’s a few ways of getting discounts:
- -If you buy a mobile home from us
-If you’re moving more than 1 mobile home
-If you’re not in a hurry and can wait until we can do more than 1 job going close to the same city where it’s being delivered to be cost effective.
-If you buy and bring the blocks to your site, so that we don’t have to bring them to you
-If it’s going more than 250 miles away and you’ll pay for the worker’s hotel
