A: No, that is separate, you’d need to find your own contractor or we can recommend you one.

Depending on where you want the mobile home delivered and which city is being brought in from. But an average would be $2000-$2500 on SW and $3,500-$5,000 on DW. We can get more into that after we find out which kind of house you’d like.
