A Licensed San Antonio Dealer's Own Crew · RBI 37928

Mobile home transport and setup, done by the people who actually move them. Every week.

We're the moving division of Texas New Mobile Homes — the same crew that hauls and sets up every home our dealership sells. Permits, teardown, transport, and setup & leveling, handled start to finish by one licensed team. Tell us where the home is and where it's going, and we'll get you a straight number.

How It Works

Four steps, one crew, start to finish

Moving a mobile home isn't one job — it's permits, a teardown crew, a haul, and a setup crew, usually from three different companies who don't talk to each other. We run all four ourselves, so nothing gets dropped between contractors.

Permits

We pull the oversize-load and moving permits your route requires, including any county or city sign-off, before the truck ever leaves the yard.

Teardown

Skirting, steps, decks, and utility disconnects come down and get cataloged, so the home is road-ready and everything is accounted for at setup.

Transport

Our own trucks and drivers haul the home, with pilot-car escort when the route requires it — not a broker calling around for the cheapest available hauler.

Setup & Leveling

Blocking, leveling, tie-downs, and reconnection at the new site, brought back to code so it's ready to live in — not just parked and left.

Where We Move

Based in San Antonio. Moving homes across Texas.

Most of our moves stay inside a couple hours of San Antonio, but permits, escort, and a Texas-licensed crew mean we can run a home statewide when the job calls for it.

What We Move

Singlewides, doublewides, park moves, land moves.

If it's a manufactured or mobile home on a Texas title, we've probably already moved one like it. You don't need to have bought your home from Texas New Mobile Homes to use our transport crew.

Local Moves

Within the San Antonio metro

Park-to-park, park-to-land, or lot-to-lot moves inside Bexar and the surrounding counties. Usually our fastest turnaround, often scheduled within a couple weeks.

Statewide Moves

Longer hauls across Texas

Multi-county and cross-state-line routes with the escort and permit work handled up front, so the quote you get is the number you actually pay.

Setup & Leveling

Setup-only service

Already have the home on-site? We also handle blocking, leveling, tie-downs, and skirting reconnection on its own, without a full transport job.

Real Company, Real Crew

Why hire the dealer's crew instead of a broker?

A lot of "mobile home transport" sites are lead brokers — they collect your information and resell it to whichever hauler bids lowest that week. Here's the difference.

You can verify us

We operate under Texas New Mobile Homes, license RBI 37928, TDHCA-regulated. You can look that license up in under a minute — most brokers have nothing to check.

One crew, one number

The people who quote your move are the people who show up to do it. No re-quoting after a broker hands your job to a different, cheaper hauler mid-process.

Cost Questions

What people ask before they call

How much does it cost to move a mobile home in San Antonio?

Most local singlewide moves inside the San Antonio metro run roughly $2,500–$5,000, and doublewides roughly $5,000–$9,000, including permits and basic setup. Distance, home condition, and site access all move that number — see the full pricing factors and FAQ page for the breakdown, or get an exact quote above.

What permits do I need to move a mobile home in Texas?

Texas requires an oversize/overweight moving permit for the route, and some counties or cities add their own requirements. We pull all of it as part of every job — see the Pricing & FAQ page for details.

Do you move homes bought somewhere other than your lot?

Yes. Most of our jobs are for people who didn't buy from Texas New Mobile Homes — our transport crew is a standalone service. Fill out the quote form above with both addresses and we'll confirm the route.
